Practice Manager

Practice Manager, Elizabeth Baker, knows that for some patients, walking into a doctor's office can be a little overwhelming. As a graduate of Business Administration, Elizabeth , uses her enthusiasm and keen interpersonal skills in easing the minds of new patients and helping them understand more about Plastic Surgery. Elizabeth uses her training as a study and presenter of Quality Customer Service and Behavioral Leadership in effectively managing the medical staff and all the logistics concerning the office.

It was Elizabeth 's love for people that lead her to her current position.

Prior to joining the Dr. Mosharrafa and Mosharrafa Skin Rejuvenation Center , Elizabeth implemented gang prevention programming for the City of Phoenix , including coordinating the X-Tattoo Program. That was her introduction to laser treatment and to Dr. Ali M. Mosharrafa, who volunteered his services.

When Elizabeth is not at work, her active life includes running, hiking and scuba diving with her husband, Howard. In addition, she cares for her handicapped brother, Todd and takes an active role with Special Olympics. Elizabeth is proud of her two step-children, Tyler and Stephanie who are young adults, on their career paths.
